My name is Daniel Baxter and I am a resident of Greentrees Village in Florence, Oregon. I am using WIX/Webador as my website builder. 

I often return from board meetings with much to say about how the proceedings were run, the content (or lack of content) on the agenda, the behavior of board members, and a fear of losing our viability as a living community either through neglect or political maneuvering to abolish our independence and self-governance. Here is my forum. 

Purpose

  • Impress on the community the importance of using Rules of Order to conduct meetings

  • Share researched, germane, and common sense changes and improvements to GTV infrastructure and governance

  • Restore the basic concepts of the GTV aesthetics such as greenbelts, drainage, and the village vibe. 

  • Debunk myths, inuendo, rumors, gossip, baseless opinions, and lies with facts, information, and sources.
